Our refund policy at Retail Way is very simple.
After we discuss and arrange the price for your requested services from us you will receive an invoice to pay.
If you ask for a refund within 48H of ordering, we will happily issue you a refund immediately. The reason the refund window is so small is because we begin working on your business right away.
Once we started working on your business, there are no refunds. All services created and delivered to clients of RetailWayLLC.com are nonrefundable because there is no way for us to recoup our costs once we have started working on the service.
Even though we have a strict refund policy, we also offer a day by day follow-up . We always want to make sure our clients are happy.
